• Minimum loan amount $125,000
• No prepayment penalty unless paid off in less than a year

ITEMS REQUIRED

• One-year financial statements (no tax returns)
• Copy of passport and VISA
• Two most recent monthly Bank Statement showing sufficient funds for down payment and closing costs
• Reserves for 12 months in a USA bank account
• Three reference letters - can be for credit cards and bank accounts

PROOF OF INCOME

• SELF-EMPLOYED: Certified Public Accountant letter stating the name of the business, the percentage that the borrower owns, the type of business and the start date
• EMPLOYED: Letter from employer with most recent two paystubs

OTHER  INFORMATION

• Sample letters and full assistance will be provided
• No presence required, closing documents can be signed at US Embassy in your county
• USA bank account needed
